Bio

I graduated from Morehead State University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Industrial Technology and an option in Construction Management Technology in May 2008.

I worked with Packs', Inc in Morehead, KY for seven weeks after graduation before taking a position with Frontier Housing. My main duties with Frontier were managing the day-to-day construction operations dealing with Frontier's construction crew as well as sub-contractors. I was responsible for scheduling inspections, performing inspections for Frontier Housing, taking warranty claims, and following-up on warranty work.

After two months with Frontier Housing, I took the position of Laboratories and Facilities Manager for the Department of Industrial and Engineering Technology at Morehead State University. My main duties as the Laboratories and Facilities Manager include the following:

Upgrade software, hardware and advanced technological equipment throughout IET programs/options

Preparation and maintenance of manufacturing and construction equipment inventory; ensure the relevance and functionality of all lab equipment

Administer promotional materials for IET programs/options and the IET Informer

I married my wife in 1997 and we had our first child in 2000 with our second following in 2002. She graduated from MSU in May of 2009 with her Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design. She has an Associates Degree in Interior Design and another in University Studies and maintains a website dedicated to her Interior Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, and Art skills at Gloria Stepp Designs. Our son is now in third grade and our daughter is in first grade, both attending Rodburn Elementary School in Morehead.
